What is the Phone Riser, and how does it work?
The CHCK3D Phone Riser is an engineered, 3D-printed cardio accessory that securely elevates your smartphone up to true eye level. By lifting your screen out of the machine's low, built-in trays, it actively fixes "Tech Neck", opens your airways for better breathing, and makes your workouts significantly more comfortable. It uses gravity & mechanical geometry to lock onto your machine's console. Just place it on the ledge, set your phone on it, and enjoy your cardio entertainment totally hands-free.
Will the Phone Riser fit my phone and cardio machine?
Yes! The Phone Riser is designed for maximum stability. It securely holds all modern smartphones, including heavy Pro Max models outfitted with thick, protective cases. Because it relies purely on gravity and friction instead of weak magnets or sticky adhesives , it provides a rock-solid hold on 99% of commercial cardio equipment, including Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, and StairMaster. What size Phone Riser do I need?
Because gym screens are not standardized, we designed two specific sizes. The math is simple:
- The Small Riser: Designed for machines where the built-in ledge is located in the middle of the console (e.g., Precor).
- The Large Riser: Designed for tall consoles where the built-in ledge is at the very bottom of the screen (e.g., StairMaster, LifeFitness, Matrix).
- The Universal Bundle: If you frequently use different machines or travel to different gyms, we highly recommend grabbing the bundle. It includes both sizes, acting as your universal tool for any gym.

Usage & Benefits
How do I use the Phone Riser?
- Have the backside (CHCK3D logo) facing towards you.
- Hold the lower component with your thumbs on the side tabs.
- Separate the top and bottom components by pushing the upper component's top tabs towards you with your fingers.
- Adjust the height (Ensure the top of your phone is no higher then 1 inch above machine display).
- Snap into position.
- Enjoy viewing your phone.
Important Disclaimer: Ensure the top of your phone is no higher than 1 inch above the machines display. Improper use may cause your phone to fall, resulting in possible damage.
